- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Omg......This specific branch has soured me on State Farm as a whole. Called last month with my new card info for automatic withdrawal....payment processed, payment processed again this month. THEN, i get a notice in the mail stating automatic payment has been terminated and a balance is due. They never call, I never receive emails or policy info and IF I am supposed to sign a new authorization for automatic payment.....they never send the forms. I dont have time to babysit my auto insurance policy and with these people, you do. Unreal.August 22, 2017by Marc Moss
