  Referred to Dr Ross by my internist on May 25. Records sent. Was told they would call me. After two weeks without a call, I called their office. The automated answering system informed me that referrals should speak with referrals Dept that only works on Friday afternoon. However, the office is closed Friday afternoons. Hmmm.. I'm beginning to see the problem. Called back, again the auto answering system. A recording told me to leave one message and they would get back to me, but warned me to only leave one mrssage. Message left. No call from Dr$'s office. Sent them an email through their contact webpage. No response. Two weeks after that I called and left the dreaded second message. It's been 10 days since the second message. No response. This is very disappointing. I guess Dr Ross is too busy with her LazyBoy store to see patients now. I'll have to call my internist back and ask for a referral somewhere else. Bummer.
