  I don't know if you can call this an actual experience since he never wanted to reach out to us. My friend has some special needs and he is one of the few people that claim they can help with a certain adjustment technique. I have been into chiropractic since I was very young and having injuries due to football and car accidents and I believe in it. My friend was not able to see many different people due to her specific condition. However, Wetherington Chiropractic claims that they can do an upper cervical adjustment which has been proven to help Multiple Sclerosis patients. I sent them an email asking them to reach out to her to explain what they do and how they do it and how they can help her. They never reached out to her... I assumed maybe it was because it was coming from a different person rather than the actual patient. I told her about this and she called and left a voice mail. It was never returned. A week or so later, she called again and left a voice mail, again, never returned. Several weeks later, I walked in and spoke to a nice lady at the front desk that couldn't believe that we had never been replied to. She took down all her and my information and what I was there for and her needs. She insisted that this will all be taken care of. I asked my friend tonight if she had been contacted and she said not once. If this place can not return a phone call, email, or reach out to someone after someone walked through the front door, I would have to say that they are not to concerned about their patients. I would reconsider this chiropractor and try going somewhere else.
