- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went in to get my one year old puppy's (Sadie) nails trimmed. They asked if I had an appointment, I said no and they asked me to take a seat and they would be with me in a little bit. I sat there for around 45 minutes and decided to go back to the counter where one person was ahead of me. We started talking while waiting for help and about 20 minutes later (about 5 min to 6 pm) someone finally asked " how can I help you" I told them I had been waiting to get my puppy's nails trimmed and she said " we're closed". They could have told me they were too busy or too lazy to see my dog, that is on the wellness plan, before I waisted a little over an hour....also Very overpriced and will be looking for a new vet for Sadie.October 29, 2017by Jonathan Underwood
