- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer of dental practice for 11 years.Called office when a lower jaw crown lifted off its molar base while chewing a gel energy piece in the midst of a tennis tournament. Finished play and 1 hr.later arrived for emergency appt. I was given at Okatie office with Dr.Cooper whom I had not met. Fortunately the crown could be reapplied with cement.
