  Breaks my heart 4 an a 1/2 years ago i was seeing this Dr. Bosch and they gave me pain meds i was allergic to had to call ems go to hospital called next day and medes were counted and bottled tape up to return nurse ball faced lied and then sent me a letter stating it was from medicare so i called. Found out they falsified letter head then lied about release. Please choose a pain management that has the knowledge to know that their are people that are in cronic pain and will follow through with their so called letters and their insurance company and also do not go cause prn is rude disrespectful to his paitents and will complety lie. I have since had over 21 surgeries and injections and will continue for life due to my health. . I know their are ones that just want pain meds but not me yes they help bit prefer injections so i can move and sad to say. But there are many of us that need help due to server pain and a staff should be trained in compassion and understanding. Not rudeness. People react differently in pain not 2 people are the same but I strongly recommend not to go at all ! If walls could tslk they would drug test their employees and also know that we the people do speak out! I don't even give a star. To that office. And also Dr. Bosch listen to you're Paitents alot of them or honest complety and not you're stsff. But to falsified letters DISGRACEFUL check with y'alls insurance company you would-be amazed at extra charges you didn't get service for snd call you're insurance company's. Sad but very very true!!!
