- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪He belittled me made me feel like he was doing charity work because he seen me. Also refused to prescribe me medication I have been taking for a good 10 years because he "feels I no longer need it" when I have only been going to him for a few months.along with that he would not listen to me when I expressed my concerns on another issue and then told me if his method of treatment didn't work he would refer me to a dermatologist after I had to look for one (when it is a doctor who does that). - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I agreee with the other reviews Dr. Stephen speaks to older patients in a less than respectful way. I no longer use his office either. I see that Dr. Herman has responded. I am pleased that he actually reads his reviews, that is heartening. But he is incorrect: I most certainly HAVE been in his office - I take my mother to the doctor. She is his patient, not me...and my last name is different from hers, he never even looked at me let alone asked me my name. Dr. Herman, if you treated your patients with more kindness you would not need to read poor reviews.August 29, 2017by Cynthia Capito
