- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Walked into urgent care after being stung by a bee. I was having several allergic reaction symptoms including, hand/feet tingling, hives, trouble swallowing and nausea. Instead of being taken back to a doctor immediately, they gave me paperwork to fill out and then I proceeded to wait 15 minutes before the receptionist called me back to the front to tell me my total for the day. They were more worried about payment than they were about my wellbeing. I have had this same situation happen before other places and they have rushed me back to see a doctor immediately. Horrible customer service. Even the ladies in the reception area were horrified by how they acted. Safe to say I will never return.September 08, 2017by hannah Schroeder
