- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had emergency work done in 2011. Due to financial issues I had been unable to pay anything until recently when I began to get my finances in order, however Chatham Imaging forwards all billing issues to a 3rd party billing company. Said 3rd party billing company will not budge on the amount owed even though the debt is so old and I am willing to pay a portion to settle in full. In short, be sure to pay any and all of these bills in full so you don't have to deal with Collectron. I have been hung up on multiple times by them.June 09, 2017by Roj A
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience- Terrible customer service; my 8 YO daughter had to have scans, crew on staff unpleasant and rude. Billing- Paid via bank transfer 3/35/16; received collection notice on 4/18/16 for original paid amount $10.62!!!
